SourceTree is a great GUI front end for Mercurial source control if you are using a Mac. A commercial product not open source but also an investment in your productivity. Really happy to have made the switch and together with Fogbugz Kiln a robust distributed environment to design and build code in.

Rob Walling and Mike Taber have organized a conference for self funded single founder startups. MicroConf 2011, June 6 & 7 in Las Vegas.
Given the success of the micropreneur.com, helping startups get the marketing and product skills needed to compete without a corporate budget I am sure this conference will be worth every penny.
Absolutely worth checking out, if you are bootstrapping your own startup, or thinking about taking the plunge.
